Filzer stands behind our products and will warranty manufacturing defects in a fair manner through our retailers. We only work with retailers that have excellent return policies. We understand sometimes in the real world things are not always perfect – and we are sorry for any inconvenience. We work hard to make returns as painless as possible. To do this we work with our retailers so that all returns will be processed directly by them. They will evaluate and process your returned Filzer product in a fair, efficient and professional manner.
